Warranty

All devices sold by The Circular Company carry a warranty against hardware defects. This page defines what the warranty covers, how long it applies, and how to use it.

Coverage period

Every device carries a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. This applies to all grades — Excellent, Good, and Fair — equally.

What is covered

The warranty covers hardware failures that occur during normal use. This includes sudden failures of the CPU, RAM, SSD, display, motherboard, keyboard, and charging system that are not caused by physical damage, liquid contact, or misuse. If a component stops working during the warranty period and the failure was not caused by external damage, we will repair or replace the unit.

What is not covered

  • Physical damage caused after delivery (cracked screens, broken hinges, damaged ports)
  • Liquid damage
  • Software issues, including operating system problems or driver conflicts
  • Battery degradation over time (batteries are a consumable component)
  • Damage caused by use outside normal operating conditions

How to make a warranty claim

Contact us at support@thecircularcompany.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within one business day. For confirmed hardware failures, we will provide a return label and either repair the unit or send a replacement of equivalent specification and grade.

Returns

If the device you receive does not match the listed specification or arrives with undisclosed damage, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Contact us before sending anything back. Please pack the device securely for return transport — if the device arrives back to us damaged due to inadequate packaging, we cannot guarantee a full refund.

Under Belgian consumer law, private buyers also have the statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, without stating a reason, provided the device is returned in the condition it was received.
