About The Circular Company

The Circular Company is a Belgian refurbishment operation based in Lommel. We are a subsidiary of Digoo IT Distribution and we process a high volume of end-of-life enterprise laptops every month — sourced from corporate lease returns, fleet replacements, and IT asset disposals across Europe.

Every device that passes through our workshop is inspected, repaired where necessary, cleaned, tested, graded, and sold with a clear warranty. We do not list units we cannot stand behind. If a device does not meet our minimum grading standard, it does not reach the webshop.

Where we operate

Our facility is located at John Cockerillstraat 33, 3920 Lommel, Belgium. We ship across Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France, and the wider European Union.

Our primary focus is B2B — IT managers, procurement teams, SMEs, schools, and organisations looking to equip staff with reliable, cost-effective hardware without the environmental cost of buying new. We also serve private buyers who know exactly what they want and prefer to buy from a specialist rather than a general marketplace.

Why refurbished

A business-grade laptop from Dell, Lenovo, or HP is designed to last 5 to 7 years under enterprise use conditions. Most units in our catalogue are 3 to 5 years old, which means they have years of productive life remaining. Buying refurbished reduces electronic waste, avoids the carbon cost of manufacturing a new device, and delivers significantly better hardware per euro than the consumer segment at the same price point.

The brands we stock — Latitude, ThinkPad, EliteBook — were built for IT departments that could not afford failures. That engineering standard does not disappear when the lease ends.
