Business and Enterprise Purchasing

The Circular Company operates primarily as a B2B supplier. We understand that purchasing hardware for a business, school, or public organisation involves requirements that a standard consumer webshop does not accommodate. This page describes how we handle business orders.

Volume orders

If you need 5 or more units of the same model and grade, contact us before placing an order. We regularly hold stock in depth on our highest-volume models — Latitude 5400, 5410, 5590, ThinkPad L480, L490, and EliteBook 830/840 series. For larger quantities we can confirm availability, agree pricing, and arrange coordinated delivery on a schedule that fits your rollout.

Invoicing with VAT

All orders include a VAT invoice by default. Our VAT number is BE 0774.755.826. For EU businesses purchasing from outside Belgium, intra-community VAT rules apply — include your valid VAT number during checkout or contact us before ordering.

Configuration consistency

For fleet deployments, we can supply batches of the same model, grade, and RAM/SSD configuration. This matters for image-based deployments where hardware consistency is required. Confirm your requirements before ordering and we will verify we can match them from current stock.

Extended warranty options

Standard warranty is 12 months for all units. For business customers deploying devices over a longer lifecycle, extended cover can be discussed. Contact us with your volume and model requirements and we will provide options.

Lease and asset disposal sourcing

If your organisation has end-of-life hardware to dispose of, we may be able to take it as part of a supply arrangement. We process corporate IT assets and can provide data erasure certificates. Contact us to discuss terms.
