- Grade C — Fair condition. More noticeable cosmetic wear (scratches, dents) but mechanically and functionally sound.
All grades come with the same 12-month warranty, professional testing, and 30-day free returns. The grade only describes cosmetic appearance — performance is identical.

This x360 830 G6 ships with 16 GB, 32 GB or 64 GB of RAM, and storage from 256 GB SSD up to 2 TB SSD. Cosmetic grade is Good. Keyboard layouts in DE, BE, NL, UK, FR, IT, ES, PT, SE, DK and other common European layouts are available on request — specifically important on convertibles where the layout is fixed once the laptop is in tablet mode.
