Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unused or minimally used for inspection purposes only
- Free from physical damage not present at the time of delivery
How to Initiate a Return

Packaging
Please ensure the item is packed securely and safely for return shipment. We cannot guarantee a refund for items damaged during return transit due to inadequate packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that show signs of damage, misuse, or modification after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
