Every laptop, desktop and monitor we sell is professionally inspected by our technicians in Lommel and assigned a clear condition grade so you know exactly what to expect.

Grade A — Excellent. Minimal to no signs of use, close to new in appearance.
Grade B — Good. Light cosmetic marks from normal use, fully tested.
Grade C — Fair. More visible cosmetic wear (scratches, dents) but mechanically and functionally sound.

All grades come with the same 12-month warranty, professional testing, and 30-day free returns. Grade describes appearance only — performance is identical across grades.
